These times are set by the Internal Revenue Service not by Business Filings. If you are applying outside of these times you have two options:
(1) Bookmark the page provided with your receipt and come back during the indicated above business hours.
(2) If you choose to pay now you will be forwarded to the application page. Please bookmark it. You will then be able to come back during office hours free of charge and begin the application immediately.
