how long is the Corporation Registration valid?

 

The Corp. registration is valid until and article of dissolution is filed with the Division Of Corporations. The Corp. will be administratively dissolved if no annual report is filed with the Division Of Corporations. All Corporations registered must maintain a current mailing address with the Division. Address changes must be made by letter or other written communication to the Division of Corporations.
